• Position bypass valves for full water use
• Flush old RV antifreeze from water lines
• Pressure water system and inspect for leaks/freeze damage
• Remove fresh water from potable water tank used for De-Winterization
• Dump black and gray holding tank - Will advise if gate valves leak
• Courtesy gray tank deodorizer and black tank chemical included

**Water line inspection may be required to insure unit has no freeze damage prior to De-Winterization. Service cost may apply.

• Fill water lines with sanitizing solution - non toxic
• Fill potable water tank with sanitizing solution - non toxic
• Fill black and gray tank with waste break down and sanitizing solution
• After 8 hours flush all water lines and holding tanks
• Flush water heater and inspect anode rod
• No water is left in any tank when complete, low point drains are opened
• Courtesy gray tank deodorizer and black tank chemical included

• Remove tire, drum and hub
• Inspect wheel bearings and repack
• Inspect RV brake shoes for excessive wear
• Check brake wiring 
• Adjust brakes to proper settings
• Check brakes for proper operation 
• Check and adjust air pressure in RV tires

• Remove oil and oil filter and dispose of
• Replace with new oil filter and fill to engine specifications

*Synthetic oil upon request for additional cost.

• Inspect condition of roof material
• Inspect all vents, shower domes, satellite/antenna and AC shroud for damage
• Inspect lap seal for cracking and weather damage
• inspect for hail damage, water damage and scrapes
• Pictures will be taken and shared with owner

• Clean terminals and posts
• Top off fluid if needed
• Apply anti-corrosive to posts
• Test amps/volts
